Participating in the JCA Championship helps students:

3×3×3 Cube | 2×2×2 Cube| Pyraminx | These beginner events follow a 3-solve format, giving students multiple opportunities to achieve their best timing.

Age categories are determined based on the participant’s age as of the official championship cut-off date.
For Rubik Challenge 2026 – Bengaluru, the age cut-off date is:

No. Registration is available only as a combined package for all 3 cube events.
Included Events:
Yes. A JCA Global Ranking ID is mandatory for every participant participating in the championship.
The standard activation fee for a Global Ranking ID is Rs. 500/-.
However, for participants of Rubik Challenge 2026 – Bengaluru, the championship organisers are specially supporting the initiative and sponsoring a major portion of the fee.
Because of this, participants can activate their Global Ranking ID at a special supported fee of only:

Once the payment is confirmed, parents will receive a confirmation email containing the JCA Global Ranking ID and password.
Parents can then log in to their JCA account using these details to verify the events registered.
If any corrections are required, please inform the JCA team via WhatsApp message.
The JCA Global Ranking system tracks participant performance across championships.
Participants can view their rankings globally and within their age category.
Participants can compare their performance with the global database through:

🌍 YR – Year Ranking
📊 RR – Regional Ranking
This helps participants understand their performance level globally.
If participants achieve the same average timing, rankings will be determined using the first and second solve results.
This ensures fair ranking and podium placement.
All cube events will follow the Mean of 3 format.
Each participant gets 3 solves, and the average timing determines the final ranking.
Registered participants receive access to the JCA Practice Timer.
Students can practice using standard competition scrambles provided by JCA and track their daily improvement and practice ranking.
Participants must bring:
Organisers will not provide cubes for competition solves.
Participants are advised to report at least 15 minutes before their scheduled event timing.
Late reporting may lead to missing the solve round.
Participants reporting after their event round has started may miss their solve opportunity.
Organisers will not be responsible for missed rounds due to late reporting.
Yes, parents/guardians are allowed inside the venue. Seating and movement guidelines may vary based on venue management and participant flow.
Participants in the 3×3×3 Cube Event will receive:

Because of this recognition system, participation in the 3×3×3 Cube Event is strongly recommended.
Are certificates given for other cube events?
For other cube events:
📄 E-Certificates of participation will be provided.
Podium recognition for those events will be through podium trophies and rankings.
Podium trophies depend on participation levels in each event and age category.
If the number of participants in a category is below the desired participation count, the number of podium trophies may be adjusted.

Participants achieving exceptional performances or breaking championship benchmark timings may receive special recognition and prizes.

Detailed venue instructions will be shared before the championship.
The final schedule will be uploaded 2 days before the championship.
Participants must log in to their JCA dashboard to check their event timings.
Results will be published on the JCA platform one day after the championship along with rankings and detailed scores.
If confirmation is not received within 72 working hours, please share payment details again via WhatsApp along with the participant’s name.
Once registration is completed, registration fees are non-refundable.
